Studio Policies.

Booking fee:
  • A booking fee is required to secure your tattoo appointment.
  • Any tattoo over the cost of £120.00 will require an £80.00 booking fee.
  • Any tattoo under the cost of £120.00 will require a £30.00 to £60.00 booking fee. (depending on cost of full cost of tattoo)
  • Booking fees and gift vouchers are only valid for 1 year.

Identification:
We require all our clients to bring photographic ID with them to their tattoo appointments. Driving licence and Passport are both accepted. This is enforced by our environmental health officer.

Payment:
  • We are a cash only studio. We ask that you make sure you come prepared to your appointment with the correct amount of monies, as the cash machines in Southwell can be unreliable.
  • Paypal booking fee payments are required to pay a £5.00 surcharge for using this service. (goods and service charges)
  • Gift vouchers: Please bring the voucher with you to your tattoo appointment.
Late for appointment:
If you are late for your tattoo appointment, you may forfeit your booking fee and appointment. We ask our clients to be 10-15mins early for their appointments.

Cancellation of appointment:
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. If this isn’t given you may forfeit your booking fee.

Reference:
We will not copy an existing tattoo. To make sure there is no confusion, reference is required to clarify design ideas.
Reference can cover:
  • Style
  • Colour scheme
  • Technical details
  • Content
  • Fit & Flow
Print outs are preferred, but its always worth saving files in case we need them emailed.

Studio visits:
​If visiting the studio in person please bear in mind it can get over crowded if people bring more than one person with them. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the tattoo room. Children are only allowed in the reception area and to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Parking:
No parking outside of the studio as it needs to be clear for disabled and residential access.
