Booking fee:

• A booking fee is required to secure your tattoo appointment.

• Any tattoo over the cost of £120.00 will require a £90.00 booking fee.

• Any tattoo under the cost of £120.00 will require a £30.00 to £60.00 booking fee. (depending on full cost of tattoo)

• Booking fees and gift vouchers are only valid for 1 year and are generally non refundable. on rare occasions it may be waived in exceptional circumstances, this is done at the studio’s discretion.

Identification:
We require all our clients to bring photographic ID with them to their tattoo appointments. Driving licence and Passport or the equivalent are accepted. This is enforced by our environmental health officer.

Payment:

• We accept cash or bank transfer only. We ask that you make sure you come prepared to your appointment, with the correct amount of monies, as the cash machines in Southwell can be unreliable. Please ensure if you are paying by bank transfer that your device is set up to do so beforehand.

• PayPal booking fees and tattoo payments are required to pay a £5.00 surcharge for using this service. (goods and service charges)

• Gift vouchers: Please bring the voucher with you to your tattoo appointment, they are needed to be redeemed.

Late for appointment:
If you are late for your tattoo appointment, you may forfeit your booking fee and appointment. We ask our clients to be 10-15mins early for their appointments.

Cancellation of appointment:
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. If this isn’t given you may forfeit your booking fee.

Reference:
We will not copy an existing tattoo though they can be used as inspiration to create your unique tattoo. To make sure there is no confusion, reference is required to clarify design ideas.

Studio visits: we are a small studio space
If visiting the studio in person please bear in mind it can get over crowded if clients bring companions with them. We therefore ask that clients arrive alone or pre arrange with us if a companion is needed. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the tattoo studio, this is a requirement from our environmental health officer and is a condition of our license as well as our insurance.

Parking & Accessibility
No parking outside of the studio as it needs to be clear for disabled and residential access. There is plenty of free on street parking within a short walking distance.
Disabled access - please arrange with us on booking your appointment if vehicular access is required. Please note there is a steep step into the studio and several steps to access the toilet.
